I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

凡勞苦擔重擔的人到耶穌這裡來，必得享安息 Come to Me, All You Who Are Weary and Burdened, and I Will Give You Rest

馬太福音 11:28-30 凡勞苦擔重擔的人可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。我心裡柔和謙卑，你們當負我的軛，學我的樣式；這樣，你們心裡就必得享安息。因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。」Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

路加福音 Luke 10:41-42 耶穌回答說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾，但是不可少的只有一件；馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。」“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
