Scriptures: Deuterotomy 28:1-12, Acts 1:8, Philippians 3:1-3, Mark 6:7,13, Psalms 23:1,5, 1Corinthians 3:16-17, Isaiah 55:8-13/61:1-2 Main Reflection: You shall not be in want Purpose: All that is yours is for God and for church
- Count the number of times the verse in Deuterotomy 28:1 God spoke in Deuterotomy 28:1-12.
- Blessed: 1. If you fully obey the Word of God 2. Carefully follow all His commands 3. What I give you today
- The promise of the Holy Spirit is the Spirit upon you: before His ascension, the disciples asked him many questions. Jesus’ answer was to let the Holy Spirit come upon you.
- Joy in you is good: How to rejoice? How to watch out for the chains of the demons? How to overcome one’s own flesh and thoughts? Worship by the Spirit of God.
- Unclean spirits: chains of evil spirits. If you have the glory of God in you, the evil spirits will not come near (the example of Adam and Eve).
- Your thoughts must come from the Holy Spirit because His thoughts will enable you to receive power and authority.
- In Mark 6:13 “and”: knowingly do things that you are not supposed to do is to forget to worship God.
- How not to be in want? Do things only when God commands. But we don’t. Before He commands, we grab and do and hence we are in want.
- First drive out many demons and secondly anoint with oil.
- If you do not have fellowship with the Holy Spirit, then you will fellowship with human wills, dogs, and the society. All yours is related to your thoughts. When you are obedient to the thoughts of the Holy Spirit, all that is yours will not go wrong.
- Change your thoughts to Lord’s thoughts: 1. Walk in His way. 2. God’s law will water everything that is yours. 3. You will rejoice in the word of God. 4. Accomplish what God desires. 5. Makes you prosperous. 6. Be led forth in peace. 7. Will not be afraid of thornbush because God will change to myrtle.
